I type in the search box and the app freezes. Deleting the app and using the website instead.

The app didn’t work very well when it was a one time purchase, but now that the developer has decided to invalidate prior purchases and charge again for a $4/mo subscription for the privilege of continued use... I’m out. Sorry, but it was a best, a marginally useful app.

Only shows ships position when actively reporting to AIS. Doesn't seem to remember last reported position for very long so the ship is off the map more than it is on. Cannot search for a ship by name and find on the map... you only get a numeric lat and long... not very useful. Ship disappears when zooming out. This means you need to know exactly where the ship is before you can zoom in enough to find out where the ship is. Other free apps seem to do a better job than this app that I paid for.
