First, I want to know how can I block this particular game app from my Apple Account. I downloaded this game app, made small purchases to play poker. I realized all the issues about rigged games and missing chips are true. I contacted their customer support and a personal email replied to me saying they reviewed my games. Just like that, they will just tell without showing proof like videoclip, etc. I find this customer assistance very arbitrary, more so they replied using personal email name.
