I’ve tried and tried and tried time and again to contact them about my kids cards. I ordered three cards, and I was charged $4.99 each, TWICE! Only because the first time it didn’t come thru the mail after waiting two months. Ordered again and same thing, NOTHING! I put in a complaint to be reimbursed for the first batch before I ordered the second time. Said they refunded it n it should take couple days. But NOTHING! It’s been two months again, and still nothing. So altogether I was charged $30 for cards that NEVER came in. Just DISAPPOINTING. Should’ve known the first time, but I thought may
