Hello, I have been not able to log in my account for a while. I was asked to verify myself by Persona which I did. Actually, this issue happened to me second time. I have no idea why this happened again. When this issue happened first time, I could reach out customer support and they helped me. However now, I can't reach out customer support. As I see, I should sign in in order to get some support when I can't sign in. Please help me to reach out customer support without any signing in requirement. Thank you.
