I have been without map my run for quite some time now because I had gone through a series of events that didn’t allow me to run. Didn’t allow me to do the best therapy for myself, and it has been really hard and they got into a very, very, very deep holetoday for the first time I’m running again and I feel like. Metaphorically hitting the big hills and not stopping even though I was running at a very slow pace has been a time in my mental health. I do attribute the encouragement along the way to not run as I like How it announces my time and distance. It serves as a gentle internal motivator
