I booked a restaurant with new member reference code, but as their menu changed for new year eve, I cancelled this booking, but I can’t use my reference code on other booking now, and I asked for help, they suggested me to cancel the booking and rebook it with code. But then after I followed their instructions and completed the reservation, they didnt give me any points, when I consulted again, they said sorry again and told me they can not see I used the code with new booking. It’s always sorry and waste time. This app doesn’t worth people to spent time on it
