Layer map BUG

This is a iPhone 11 player, any quest that you have to climb to the 2 floor, you done . In this game it’s very difficult to find a angle that let you click on 2 floor, and you have to drop the game only because there is no way you could go to the different layer of the map, it’s so frustrating, I love this game on PC but could you just fix this BUG plz
