I have tried so many apps. When things pile up and you have to-do’s across multiple projects is it difficult to create a daily list without it becoming an overwhelming mess. Using the daily page layout, along with section & colors targeted for the viewing needs of my ADHD brain, I can block out what I don’t need and focus tasks by creating a colorful time box. It works for me in the same way that clearing my desk of all other work is an effective way to focus my brain on what needs to get don
