Horrible experience. You’re constantly asked for payments to unlock stuff and nothing works (no pages load) while at that. I made two charges along the way, the first one for 1 euro, the second one for 25 euros, unsure of the stuff that will unlock. It is a truly confusing experience. I asked for a refund immediately and got various different messages. One stated I could get a 50% discount “as an exception”, a few minutes after, I got another message saying they were unable to provide refunds….
