Last Cold Day

First of all I live in Chicago. I had called on Sat. Nov. 29 , 2025 to get help with my remote start whoever I got at customer services did not help me with my remote start he said to wait 12 hours my car never even started we were having a snowstorm and right after the man helped me on the phone my car would not start after that I was so upset I just gave up on my remote start.
