iPhone 12 Pro Max and the app freezes all the time. This problem continues for month and no one is caring to do anything about it

Very bad synchronization between the watch and the mobile app. Many exercises go to waste because the km don’t synchronize and even if you’ve walked for example 10km, no eggs will hatch. Something must be done about the unexpected shutdowns,too.
