I booked an experience through GetYourGuide as part of my trip, but they canceled it at the last minute without any compensation or attempt to offer an alternative. This sudden cancellation completely ruined my plans and negatively impacted my experience. Customer service was unhelpful and provided no proper solutions. I do not recommend using this app if you’re relying on it for your trip, as it may let you down at any moment!
