I experienced an unauthorized charge on my card for a ride I never took. The app shows no payment, yet my bank transaction confirms the charge. Customer support stated there was no charge from their side, leaving the issue unresolved. This raises serious concerns about billing accuracy and transparency. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this service and will not be using it again.
