My partner and I got a subscription to this app as part of my fabfitfun box. It was working great and we were really enjoying it for the first few weeks, but lately the chat function has completely broken. Opening the app defaults to trying to open chat, which loads nothing but a white screen. You can try to click super quickly on a different icon in the split second you see them before the white screen, but if you miss, you have to force reboot the whole app. I tried reporting the issue to support through the feedback function in the app – and that was broken too.
