طلبت من مطعم عبر تطبيق كريم، وللأسف كان في شعرة مخبوزة داخل الخبز. تواصلت معهم، لكن التعويض كان فقط ربع قيمة الطلب وكأن الخطأ مني، وأسلوب الرد كان مجرد نسخ ولصق بدون اهتمام حقيقي. بصراحة تجربة سيئة، وما بنصح حدا يطلب منهم، والتطبيق ما بيحفظ حقكم.
