Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Yango. I hired movers through the Yango app to move my belongings. After the move, I discovered that several items were missing, including valuable personal property. When I reported the incident, instead of taking responsibility and investigating the matter, Yango simply provided me with the driver’s phone number and told me to handle the issue myself. I repeatedly contacted customer support expecting a proper investigation, accountability, and assistance. Instead, the conversation was closed without any meaningful action, leaving me
