Since I received my last bill for acupuncture and noticed that the VA did not pay and only offered the practitioner 1/3 of the going rate I am a little more than upset. I spent 4 months in PT through VACC and got very little improvement on left shoulder movement. I have never stopped doing my exercises/ stretches daily at home. One of the PT clinicians suggested that I seek out an acupuncture specialist and found out that the VA does not have an acupuncture specialist. I gained 30% more movement after the first two visits but there is not enough monetary help from the VA. I am next going to
