Have spent a week attempting to obtain a Chewy gift card for the $100 I have built up. Back and forth with “Help” has accomplished nothing. Follow the instructions and get messages saying “my phone number (of 30 yrs) is already in use” . Have written help followed their instructions and same thing happens. Reached out for help again, get a response that has nothing to do with what’s going on. no customer service phone number. DON’T SIGN UP. Similar programs much easier and safe to use.
