I had a 5:00pm pickup , and changed the pickup time to an earlier time , 3:00pm . I called back within 15 minutes to change to 4:00pm instead and since it was within an hour of the 3:00 pickup i was told i would be charged extra for waiting time after 3:15 . This is a terrible system , fix it ! There should be a GRACE PERIOD to callback once a change is made whether or not the driver is on the way . Now if my driver is late, do i get a refund ? Ofcourse not !
