I’ve unhappily signed up for the subscription when they went to this model. Things worked well until a few weeks ago. The automatic location update stopped working a few weeks ago. Even when I swipe down to force it, it will not update the location. When I used the links in the app to ask about this, I get automatic replies saying the email box is no longer in use. It appears this app has been pushed out to pasture and may not be supported anymore. Looks like I need to cancel my subscription before they get another year from me.
