I’d like to comment both on the application and the service here. When it is still possible to use app despite extremely slow and glitchy work, but when it comes to interaction with support be ready to get rid of common sense and appreciate impossible requests. I was asked to provide a physical photo of a virtual bank card. Still wondering how that should have happened in the minds of the support team. Instead of trying to assist with resolving my issue I was simply advised to cancel my booking and make a new one. No one attempted to make my user experience at least a bit more comfortable. Why
