I reset my password and it keeps getting a “request fail error.” I’m unable to get in after not using it for a bit but not being able to get back in makes it impossible to use it again. I used it in the past - the reminder emails about “you wrote this x time again” are great but the glitches to use it are rough. This is the 3rd or 4th time I’ve tried to get back in because I’d rather use the same platform I did previously, but I’m about to give up and go another direction. I can’t remember what happened the last couple times I tried to get in - if it had to do with forcing a cost or not. It’s
