Bad service and concerns about allergies handling
I’m disappointed with how Deliveroo manages allergy information. Even when allergens are clearly stated in the app, they are not communicated properly to restaurants. Customer service also says it’s the customer’s responsibility to call the restaurant directly, which defeats the purpose of using the platform.
This raises serious concerns about safety for anyone with allergies. On top of that, there’s no proper compensation process when their system fails.
Deliveroo really needs to improve how they handle allergen notes and support customers.

Move to another platform
I am disappointed that this app has been selling my data go and change to other platforms, as they know the days where we are vulnerable and choose to sell them to other platforms which is against human rights
