Really bad experience at the gate every time

Received a code from my wife to join as partner and instead it forced me through a regular registration as if I were the one trying to get pregnant. After reaching out to customer service they advised “change the language on your phone and then create a new account” as if one should just create emails for crap service.

I registered via “Sign In with Apple”. I get emails consistently, which I try to subscribe every time. However since Apple automatically generates a different email to prevent traceability, I unsubscribe a different email every time. Horrible experience

I can approve a connection but not see the codes on Apple Watch.
