I am trying to complete an order but keep getting the message “check your details”. I do but nothing is missing. The AI bot gets me trapped in a loop with the same advice which I’ve followed to no avail. I am beyond frustrated since I’ve entered personal info, including card details for nothing and I am stuck with a gift card I can’t even use.
