I have had an app for a while and never paid for it as I wasn’t using it that much and was okay with the content I could access. Recently it was suggested on IG as there was a free trial for a few days and I decided to give it a try. To my surprise I found a charge of $28 for this “free” trial. In the Q&A they said you must have selected the option for a paid subscription by mistake. What kind of scam is that?! I contacted them to get my money back and no reply.
