Their lights were randomly connecting and disconnecting every 2-3 hours. Their app refused to let me go past sign up. Couldn’t even fully verify. Then, when I tried a ticket, and told them i returned the lights, they tried “buying” my review removal on Amazon, which is against Amazon’s seller policies. Big red flag.
