By the way, the title isn’t an exaggeration. Beware. This literally doesn’t work. I wanted to try it out. I haven’t found a great app that can cartoon a photo yet, so I thought I’d give this a shot. If it looked good I’d pay for all the features. NOTHING worked. I don’t mean it didn’t look good. Regardless of which free feature I tried it said “oops there was a problem “. I tried different features about 30 times before I gave up and deleted the app. Perhaps it’s just a phishing app. But it definitely doesn’t work.
