I can’t change my profile picture and my bio!! I don’t know why!! I tried logging out and in, Contacting support, etc. never worked!! It’s happening to me for days now!! Please fix this!!

After or before I Retresized the selected layer, I can’t alpha lock on the selected layer and it’s drawn over it instead on drawn within the lines, I even tried clipping, it doesn’t work either. trash app and trash update!! 😡😡😡😡😡
