I am deeply sorry to have to revise my rating downwards from what I had given in the past. The problem is that over the last couple of years, whenever I try to use the app I find it almost impossible to calibrate properly. It's always either under or over estimating no matter what I do. Also, it very frequently mistakes, lying around watching television for example as sleeping and every single day I have to go into the app and delete those intervals.
