This is the second time I’ve used this app to track calories and lose weight. I lost over 60 lbs the first time then ended up with severe health issues that sidetracked me for a few years. When I was able to get back on a regimen after a pivotal surgery, I remembered this app and once again, it has been very instrumental in helping me stay accountable. My one issue is the green/red labeling. When you go over even a little bit, you’re in the red and that can be mentally defeating.
