I’ve used this for so many years and I love how it is so easy to add a thought, experience, picture when I’m on a trip or lying down at night. When going through a terrible personal event, I had journal entries sent to me monthly to remind myself of my progress, and provide positive self talk. It can be a letter to my future self!
