I absolutely love my hatch, but only when the app works. As someone who struggles waking up to any alarms, I decided to splurge and get a hatch after hearing so much about them! And i completely agree with the hype, except I 80% of the times that i’ve attempted to use it the past month have experienced technical difficulties. Before I moved to my current apartment a couple weeks ago, the hatch app would simply not recognize my wifi, & i went through all the steps given.
