Paid a fortune for a years access and it can’t even do anything. It’s supposed to clear up emails but only if you have a Google email address. That wasn’t advertised before I paid

Purchased this product only to not be able to get the history to work. The whole reason I bought it. Contacted customer service and nothing?

I emailed a year ago when we lost our baby and was told they’d reinstate my paid membership if we conceived again. I have been contacting them for 2 weeks and not even a reply
