I missed the old reservation system where we can reserve orders a couple of days in advance rather than next day. I would always put my reservations in on Wednesday for Veterans Day and pick up on my off day Friday as I work 8-6:30. And my last order was cancelled. I don’t like the changes to the reservations at all, it was the main reason I shopped with MUV. And someone my purchases this month isn’t showing up at all on the new system but somehow on the old app, so I didn’t get any rewards either on this new app add that too my list of dislikes.
