I’ve been playing these games daily for well over a year. They’re fun, but occasionally glitchy (which is par for an online game). Yesterday, my game glitched again and randomly erased a day from my Strands history, losing my streak. Which is annoying, but these things happen. I filled out a bug report, expecting nothing. I received a reply, which appears to be AI generated, that was 1) completely unhelpful and 2) reads as both condescending and thoroughly insincere.
