I’ve been added by a agoda scammer on WhatsApp and tried to inform them of this. Not only is there no way to get in touch with them directly since they use an AI bot to answer, but they will not be available to get in touch. I’m contacting consumer council in Hong Kong and making sure they take responsibility for their inadequacy.
