i’m a tourist and i dont understand the currency and made a mistake, on top of the wallet they have in the app, they charged me fron my card, and i asked to get a refund, they kept “investigating” for days just to say i can’t get a refund over a mistake that no tourist would understand, i’d prefer you use other apps like Uber
