The app works well overall, but the report layout needs improvement. On the phone, each photo allows you to add comments directly, which keeps everything clear and organized. In the cloud version, photos get grouped together and you have to reference picture numbers in the notes to explain them, which makes reports harder to read and follow. The phone layout is much cleaner and easier to use. The cloud report should match that same format so each photo has its own comment and everything stays organized and consistent. I am constantly dealing with my devices going offline. Also I am unable to reconnect outside of my wifi. I’m not sure if it’s an app issue or wifi/cellular fault.
