Used the app to place a grocery order. After purchasing my items the lady delivering them took them home instead and never delivered them. After over an hour from when she bought them and 25 minutes after they had missed the back end of the estimated delivery I still could not cancel the order or talk to a real person. All of this and I had paid to be a preferred member to receive free faster delivery on everything.
