I had a very disappointing experience with Airbnb. I accidentally made a reservation and canceled it immediately. I did not check in and did not use the property at all. Despite this, I was denied a refund. What is more frustrating is that Airbnb keeps redirecting me to the host, while the host refers me back to Airbnb. As a result, the responsibility is constantly being shifted, leaving the customer stuck in the middle. I chose Airbnb because I expected a reliable platform that would handle such situations fairly. Unfortunately, this experience has seriously damaged my trust. I hope Airbn
