Got a 5 dollar off coupon in the mail so I figured what the heck I'm playing a game I dont wanna leave the house to get food. Place my order use the coupon and wait. Simple enough? I couldn't be more wrong. Get a text from the driver saying that hes an hour away I may want to cancel my order. No big little upset at this point but the place I ordered from was only a mile away I could just get it myself. When I go to cancel, the app wouldn't let me. Had to google that once the restrictions starts making the food I cant cancel. So onto customer service. Get put on hold for 20 mins. Indian gentlem
