My wife goes to Geylang Polyclinic for dressing daily (except Sun). And the invoice does not get issued in time. So there were a few times which I missed paying (forget cos bill generation time not consistent) and the system does not allow appt registration if there are outstanding bills. And sometimes the bill payment hangs, I will then use paynow to pay but it will take 3 working days to resolve the payment status. Then my wife would have to go financial counselling cos although I have paid, the payment status is pending. So why built such a system to torture us? There is no HealthHub number
