Never shopped at Finish Line or JD - now I know why. They advertise a signup offer if you give them your email. When I got the first email the link goes to a page that doesn’t exist. Then they sent a second email saying just sign in and the reward should be there. I go to sign in and it shows (0) under rewards. Even downloaded the JD app since I signed up under Finish Line and nothing. This is the problem with acquisitions - if you don’t have things like this figured out before it gets uglier af
