Even though the app store "In-App purchases" section only lists two items - which would suggest to a normal user that all the other advetised features are included in the base purchase price - in the app itself almost all functionality is locked away behind additional purchases. I haven't bothered to add everything up, but I would not be surprised it you had to spend 10x the base price to unlock everything advertised in the app description, not counting the two explicitly-listed IAPs.
