Some of the goods sold on the app are great - some not so much - but that is normal, you will always have hit or miss products. The issue I have with this app is with the blatant lack of communication to buyers. Sellers mark items as shipped however they don’t ship the items until weeks later. The tracking information is rarely correct. If the item has a defect or not what you expected you are basically just out of luck - no customer service really, and it’s very very difficult to dispute and get your money back.
