More than 1-1/2 years ago I requested a simple addition in the app which I am sure everyone would likes. The administrator committed to add but still today nothing. Whenever I send them a reminder they says your request is in queue. Doesn’t make any sense as It’s being almost 20 months, wonder how long is the queue. And if the admin not lying, it is for sure they have lots of requests and complaints which are out of their control.
