Pros: love how fast and easy it is to change plans. I travel a lot so upgrading/downgrading my plan to accommodate for that is easy. Despite still being in beta for iPhone, they are clearly still supporting it. Since launch they’ve made good on their promises to add features like WiFi calling, iMessage etc. features that weren’t available for launch are now rolled out. I had an issue when in New Zealand where I couldn’t connect to any data service. A call to support helped me reconnect to the local network, and I had great LTE speeds all over the country, as good as if I had a local SIM card.
