I had the bad taste with this app at the beginning, I thought it may be I didn’t use it properly. I gave it a second try, it really pisses me off. If they cannot ship the items to the U.S., they should warm us at the beginning before we made the purchase. I paid and all items had been shipped to their warehouse then I couldn’t add to the chart to process my shipment. So I contacted their customer service, they told me those items couldn’t be shipped, but I was being charged already. Ok fine, I got one simple item to ship to U.S. then, who knows, the shipment is way more expensive than the item
