The worst app in the world! I paid and booked a room, but it turned out that the booking was still “being processed.” The customer support is absolutely terrible — the person just told me to “wait 24 hours” for confirmation, even though my reservation would expire by then. Then they stopped replying altogether. They cancelled my reservation without my request, didn’t refund my money, and I was left with no room, no money, and no response. Horrible service — I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
